It is a civil liability insurance that aims to cover the personal assets of directors and administrators (third parties) in relation to personal liability while acting on behalf of Managers (Private Equity and Assets Management) and Investment Funds.

Its main coverage is the same as D&O Insurance with two important coverage extensions.
